🛠 Improvements & Enhancements
Synthetic monitoring
- With the option to upload a file in the request body, now you can upload the file when the body type is “application/octet-stream”.
Log monitoring
- UX improvements for log searching to mark search context as yellow.
- Improvements on log filters.
- Updated UX for log patterns with graphs to see log patterns by time.
Dashboard builder
- Performance improvements on dashboard builder to load data faster with multiple widgets.
- Default legends for each widget in dashboard for better understanding of data.
Alerts
- Updated RUM alert drill down with better context to data for faster debugging.
- While creating alerts, you can now select up to 1 week to evaluate the query time range.
Integrations
- Vercel integration: Updated Vercel integration to support several Vercel system environment variables (ex: deployment_id, project_id, vercel_env, vercel_url, vercel_region) in traces to enhance log correlation.
Cycle.io integration
Middleware’s HTTP API implements and understands the NDJSON formatted messages and can extract additional metadata sent by cycle.io in HTTP POST headers to enrich log messages.
